We recently used UNITs to move our entire household. I did a price comparison between UNITS and their competition, and UNITS won hands down. The customer service was outstanding — Janelle was so patient with all my countless questions. JJ was very meticulous and careful when dropping off, picking up and delivering our crate. Our neighbor across the street had the competition in her driveway at the same time as we had our UNIT and everyone commented on how much nicer, sturdier, cleaner and better our crate looked than hers. :)
